Description

ABC+ John Dory is canned in a creamy mint sauce. If you’re tired of tuna, this tinned fish is a delicious alternative. John Dory is a white fish similar to halibut or sole. It has a mild, slightly sweet taste and firm texture.

The fish is filleted and packed by hand. The sauce has fresh, cooling notes that complement the John Dory. Portuguese olive oil gives it a smooth and indulgent creaminess.
