Description
Use Brindisa salsa brava – spicy tomato sauce – to make the classic tapas dish, patatas bravas. The rich tomato and piquillo pepper sauce is given a smoky, spicy kick from hot smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
For an easy patatas bravas – that classic tapaas – simply warm the salsa brava through and pour over chunks of fried potatoes. Add chunks of fried chorizo for extra flavour and texture.
Another use for salsa brava to add a spicy Mediterranean kick to a homemade tomato soup or mixed bean stew.
