The chocolate’s bitterness is balanced by fruity, wine-like notes. The strong cocoa flavour gives way to floral and blue fruit flavours. It’s luxurious and beautifully balanced – perfect for baking, desserts and everyday snacking.
Melt the chocolate to make your own bars, truffles and Easter eggs. Or, simply drizzle over fresh fruit and ice cream sundaes. Use the chips whole in brownies, cheesecakes and cookies.
