These long life noodles are perfect to stock your pantry. These medium-thickness noodles are handmade in Taiwan. With a mildly aromatic flavour and a springy, firm texture, these noodles work well in many ways.
These noodles are ideal for noodle soups, including the traditional Taiwanese dish of muah yu gei. Use them in teriyaki stir-fries, nutty noodle salads or simply tossed with chilli oil for a spicy snack.
