Citizens of Soil Tuscan olive oil makes everyday ingredients sing. It’s produced by a husband and wife team in Maremma, Italy. Use it as a finishing oil for steaks, seafood and pasta dishes.
Producers Candice and Fabrizio are passionate about sustainability and soil health. The oil is made from a blend of Tuscan olive varieties, including Frantoio and Leccino. Small amounts of Coratina and Grignano olives add to the oil’s complexity.
The olives are organically grown and milled within hours of being picked. The result is a rich, smooth oil with aromas of artichoke and white pepper. It’s ideal for sauces, dips and everyday drizzling.
