Description

Clamato tomato cocktail is a refreshing blend of tomato juice flavoured with spices and dried clams. It can be enjoyed as a drink on its own but is more commonly used as a base for cocktails. For a classic Michelada, mix Clamato with beer, hot sauce, lime juice and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Serve in a chilled glass rimmed with Mexico’s signature lime and chilli tajin seasoning.

Mix Clamato tomato cocktail with tequila for a Bloody Maria that’s perfect for brunch parties and summer barbecues. It can also be used to prepare ceviche or a Mexican-inspired prawn cocktail.
