Cherry Rocher plum ratafia is a smooth, sweet liqueur with a rich stone fruit flavour. Ratafia is popular in Spain, Italy, and the north-east of France, where it is typically served chilled as an aperitif or digestif. The intense plum fragrance and fruity sweetness is balanced by a hint of acidity, so it’s an ideal pairing for dried fruit, nuts and biscuits.
