The single-serving babas (small, sweet yeast cakes) are soaked in rum syrup and designed to be eaten in one bite. They make a fantastic fuss-free dessert to serve at dinner parties or a midday treat to sweeten your day.
Serve your rhum babas in traditional Italian style: split in half and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream. For an even more indulgent dessert, add fresh berries or Fabbri’s delicious amarena cherries – the fruity sourness will cut through the richness of the babas.
