Description

Tagliatelle is a ribbon-shaped pasta from Emilia-Romagna. You will find it on the menus of restaurants across the region, typically paired with bolognese ragu. The wide, flat strands are a good match for thick, meaty sauces.

For a vegetarian meal, pair tagliatelle with a creamy mushroom sauce. When porcini mushrooms are in season, it’s a great way to showcase their flavour.

Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.
