“Chouseki” means tide in Japanese reflecting this sauce dish’s stunning pattern – sea blue glaze merges with a speckled sandy gold glaze like waves on the shore.

This chouseki blue gold sauce dish makes a lovely addition to a Japanese table. Use the blue gold sauce dish to serve soy sauce or pickled daikon and ginger.
