LGM peanuts in chilli oil, or Lao Gan Mao peanuts in chilli oil are a vegetable based chinese condiment. Add a spoonful to ramen or use as a base for dipping sauces.

Sweetened soybean sauce is infused with chilli peppers and crunchy peanuts, producing a combination of sweetness, spice and nuttiness.

Lao Gan Ma, or LGM, sauces are one of the best-loved chilli oils in the world. The signature red label features an image of founder Tao Huabi, who created the brand in 1984 from her kitchen table in China’s Guiyang province. Today her chilli sauces and oils are loved across the globe and have a cult following.
