Maison’s Bremond’s cherry and champagne jam is the ultimate luxury preserve. It combines sweet and tart cherries with the rich flavour of Champagne for a beautiful blend of the flavours of France. It has a smooth texture for an even spread across toast or cakes.

Use this cherry and champagne jam to upgrade a Black Forest Gateau – layer with whipped vanilla cream and velvety chocolate ganache and sandwich between the sponges. Or serve simply with greek yoghurt and granola for an indulgent breakfast.
