Description
Morelli ‘6 tastes’ stringhette is a multi-coloured pasta from Tuscany. Its name is a reference to its thin, string-like appearance. Stringhette is best suited to light, delicate sauces.
The pasta is made with durum wheat semolina. The vibrant colours are obtained from natural ingredients like beetroot, turmeric and squid ink. A bowl of this colourful pasta will delight diners of all ages.
Toss stringhette in a light cream sauce flavoured with lemon, garlic or Parmesan. You can add peas or fresh herbs for an extra pop of colour.
Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.
Cooking time: 6 minutes.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from cereals.
