Description

Morelli tagliatelle turns simple suppers into something special. The golden strands are made with eggs, water and Tuscan durum wheat semolina.

In Italy, tagliatelle is served with a slow cooked meat sauce. Toss the long, flat ribbons with ragu alla bolognese. Or, try sausage ragu flavoured with garlic and chilli flakes.

For a meat-free meal, pair tagliatelle with a creamy mushroom sauce.

Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.

Cooking time: 8 minutes.
