Natco rice flour is a great alternative to wheat flour for bakes and cakes. The very fine flour gives your bakes an incredibly smooth texture. Use the fine flour to thicken sauces (as you would with cornflour), or to make Indian dosa pancakes.
Allergy advice: May contain traces of wheat (gluten) and milk. Packed in a factory that handles nuts in a separate area.
