Netherton Foundry Spun Iron Crepe Pan, 11″ Online

Use the Netherton Foundry crêpe pan to make thin, golden crêpes. It’s pre-seasoned with flax oil so you can start cooking straight away.

The wide, shallow pan is great for omelettes. You can use it for everyday frying and searing, too. It will become more non-stick the more you use it.

Made from Netherton Foundry’s signature spun iron, the crêpe pan is lighter than cast iron but still has the sought after patina-building qualities and durability.

The oak handle covers are removable so the pan can be used in your oven.

What hob is this for? 

Netherton Foundry say the pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces including induction hobs, the crêpe pan heats fast and cools quickly. It also comes pre-seasoned, so you can get cooking right away. 

Because the Netherton crêpe pan is quite lightweight, we believe the pan performs best on gas hobs. For Induction or electric hobs, we’d suggest a heavier weight pan (e.g. cast iron or a classic Netherton Foundry frying pan with the same base diameter as your hob) 

Before the first use, wash the pan with hot water. Do not use detergent. Dry immediately with a towel, as leaving to air dry increases the chance of rusting. If you need to scrub, use a plastic bristled brush in hot soapy water, but avoid anything harsher. Avoid detergents completely.
