Use Opinel’s red peeler to remove the skin from ripe tomatoes. The micro-serrated blade peels them effortlessly without tearing or squashing.
This peeler is perfect for soft-skinned fruits and vegetables. Use it to prepare kiwi fruit or peaches for fresh fruit salads. It’s much easier than using a knife to peel tomatoes for soups and sauces.
The 6cm blade has a pointed tip for piercing skin and removing eyes from potatoes.
The peeler blade is made from stainless steel which is hard-wearing and resistant to rust. For the handle, Opinel sources durable hornbeam wood from French forests.
