Ravifruit Morello cherry purée is perfect for cocktails and desserts. Bursting with cherry flavour, it’s tart and tangy with a hint of sweetness.

Use this cherry purée to make jelly, pâte de fruit and truffles with a fruity centre. You can swirl it through vanilla ice cream for a tangy ripple effect. The tart cherry flavour works beautifully in sorbet and granita. For a fruity cocktail, pair the purée with bourbon to make a cherry sour.

Made with 90% fruit and 10% sugar, Ravifruit purées are 100% natural. They are flash-pasteurised to preserve the fresh fruit flavour. You can store the cartons in your pantry for up to a year.
