The slotted design lets liquids and fat pass through. You can allow boiled or fried items to drain over your pan for mess-free plating.

Silicone is easy to clean and gentle on your cookware. Unlike metal utensils, it won’t scratch the surface of non-stick pans.

Designed with chefs in mind, this is a high quality kitchen tool. It has a carbonised ash handle with a smooth, natural finish. The grey silicone head is reinforced with steel for superior durability. It is heat resistant up to 230℃.
