Description

Use Silikomart’s éclair and choux pastry mat to create uniform eclairs time and time again. This silicone mat with fibreglass core has small holes dotted across. This perforated pattern allows heat to spread evenly throughout the mat’s surface. It guarantees you a consistent bake.

Follow the white outlines on the mat to carefully pipe your long éclairs or round choux buns.

This mat measures 30 x 40cm.

This mat is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven and microwave.
