Terre Exotique’s black Tellicherry pepper is floral, fruity and herbal – use it to pep-up roast chicken, sardines and pan-fried salmon.

Originating in Tellicherry – a town on the spice coast of Kerala, India – this subtle spice is fragrant with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. We love grinding it in a pestle and mortar then sprinkling over grilled mackerel, sides of salmon or fresh fruit salads.

This 1kg bag is ideal for professional kitchens – the black Tellicherry pepper comes in opaque packaging, protecting it from light and preserving the fresh flavour, while the flat base makes it easy to store.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
