The set contains:

Soft cheese knife: A thin, serrated blade with cut-outs to prevent cheese from sticking. Ideal for soft, creamy cheeses like Brie and Camembert. Use the two-pronged tip to serve slices or cubes of cheese.
Slicer: Features two sharp wires to slice hard and soft cheeses. They are different distances from the centre rod to create 3mm or 5mm slices. You can adjust the wire tension to suit the hardness of your cheese. Use the tip to arrange the slices on your cheese board.

Each tool has a sleek handle made from FSC-certified plum wood. The blades are made from 100% stainless steel from Solingen, Germany. They won’t stain or rust, so you can use them for years to come.
