Description

Vintage soy sauce is a sweet and aromatic store cupboard ingredient to use when stir-frying and stewing, or serving as a dipping sauce. Made by soaking and steaming soybeans, then combining them with wheat, this soy sauce is brewed for a long period of time to produce a sweet depth of flavour.

Thanks to its long fermentation time, this dark soy sauce is richer in flavour than its lighter alternatives. Enjoy its deep colour and sweet flavour by serving it with sushi and dumplings or adding it to a ramen broth.
