Description
Spice up your supper with Yep Kitchen’s double heat Sichuan chilli crisp. Bursting with Asian flavours, it’s twice as hot as their award-winning chilli crisp.
The fiery condiment is made with cold-pressed rapeseed oil and dried chillies. Mushroom powder and fermented bean paste add layers of savoury complexity. There’s a hint of salty soy sauce and citrusy Sichuan pepper.
Drizzle Sichuan chilli crisp over dumplings, eggs and fried rice. It’s a great way to give stir fries and noodle salads a bit of a kick. Mix it with soy sauce and rice vinegar to make a spicy dipping sauce. Serve it with wontons or vegetable tempura.
Spice lovers will adore this extra hot chilli crisp. Once you try it, you’ll want to spoon it over every meal. Bring it to the dinner table so guests can help themselves. Chilli crisp is delicious on ramen, bibimbap and avocado toast.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
